1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the club98 platform, accessible via the website club98.onl and our official mobile app. These Terms take full effect as soon as you access, browse, register, or use any part of the club98 platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to continue using the club98 platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Club98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavor to notify registered users of any significant changes through available communication channels.

2User Eligibility

To register and use Club98 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being located in any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online wagering activities.
• Never having had an account terminated by club98 for a previous breach of terms.
• Registering with true, accurate and up-to-date personal information.

Club98 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a user is found to be underage, all funds in the account will be held pending investigation, and the account will be terminated once the investigation is concluded.

Users from certain regions or countries may not be permitted to access the club98 platform due to geographic restrictions or local laws. It is solely the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the platform is lawful in their location.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at club98. Holding multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to:

• Providing true, complete and accurate information including your full name, date of birth and contact details.
• Keeping your account information accurate and updating any changes promptly.
• Keeping your password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Notify club98 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not sharing your account or allowing others to use it.

An Identity Verification (KYC) process will be required before your first withdrawal or whenever club98 deems it necessary. Required documents may include a copy of your ID, proof of address and other relevant information. The KYC process at club98 is designed to be straightforward and completed in a short timeframe.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Club98 accepts deposits via approved payment methods available on our platform, including DuitNow, FPX, bank transfers, and supported e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is as specified in the deposit section of the platform and may vary by payment method.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account automatically once payment is confirmed.
• Only funds that are legitimately your own personal property may be deposited.
• Club98 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit (same-source policy).
• Accounts must complete a successful KYC process before the first withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours for fully verified accounts.
• Club98 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for legal compliance purposes.

5Wagering Rules

All wagering activity on club98 is subject to the following rules, established to ensure fairness and platform integrity:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under certain circumstances such as match cancellation.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the applicable odds, even if the odds change afterwards.
• In the event a match is postponed, cancelled, or has its format changed, club98 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the stake to the user.
• Any bet suspected of involving manipulation, collusion or the use of automated software will be investigated and the bet in question may be voided.
• Club98 reserves the right to set maximum and minimum betting limits for any market or user.
• The official ruling of the match organizer is final for the purposes of bet settlement.

The use of bots, automation software or any method that exploits system errors or odds inaccuracies is strictly prohibited. club98 operates an active anomaly detection system to identify such activity.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Club98 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have not previously registered with club98.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash or withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Club98 reserves the right to void bonuses or promotions if there is evidence of abuse, including opening multiple accounts, hedging bets, or employing wagering strategies clearly intended to exploit promotions.
• Certain promotions may be excluded from specific markets or bet types — please read the full terms of each promotion before participating.

7User Conduct

Club98 users are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive language, threatening, harassing or insulting other users or club98 staff.
• Posting, sending or sharing any obscene, inciting, defamatory or unlawful content.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or identity fraud.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security or functionality of the club98 platform.
• Selling, transferring or attempting to monetise your account to any third party.

Club98 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, placing funds on hold pending investigation, and reporting to the relevant authorities if there is evidence of a terms violation or illegal activity.

8Account Termination

Termination by User: You may close your club98 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled according to standard rules and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you.

Termination by club98: club98 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Confirmation that the user is under the minimum age of 18.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading.
• Suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or security threats.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

In cases of termination due to a terms violation, club98 reserves the right to hold funds in the account until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms fraud or illegal activity, the relevant funds may not be returned and will be reported to the authorities.

9Limitation of Liability

Club98 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, club98 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Betting outcomes that differ from user expectations — all bets carry risk, which the user acknowledges.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Club98's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where club98 is registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 – Direct Resolution: Contact the club98 support team to resolve the issue directly. We are committed to resolving disputes within 5 business days.
• Step 2 – Formal Escalation: If a resolution is not reached, the dispute may be submitted in writing to club98 management via the platform's official email.
• Step 3 – Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to arbitration by an independent body agreed upon by both parties.

The official language for all club98 communications, terms, and documentation is Bahasa Malaysia and English. In the event of any conflict between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
